Q: How do I place an order?
A: You can do the clicky-click and add stuff to your cart and go to checkout. Check out is safe and secure through PayPal.
Q: Can I modify my order or cancel?

🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: Do you have free shipping?
A: Yes! We provide a free standard shipping service on all orders within the UK.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders will take 1-3 business days for us to process and ship it out and will take around 2-5 business days to receive it after dispatch.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently deliver inside the UK.
Q:Do you provide tracking number A:Yes, we will provide you tracking after we sent the order.
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer returns within 90 days of purchase, unused and in the same new condition.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Please email us at contact@homegardentoolslimited.shop with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: After we get your returned item and check the return condition, we will refund within 7 business days, please note we do not refund the shipping fee (you will need to pay the shipping cost), and the money will be returned to your account used to pay for the order.

A: Currently we only take paypal for orders. It is fast, secure and card details are not shared.

Q: Do you back up these products with a warranty?
A: Yes. If your product is defected due to manufacturing, we will replace or refund within the return period.
Q: What happens if the package is broken?
A: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a prompt manner.
